We are looking for year-round Swim Coach/Teachers! A Swim Coach is a game-changer in the life of a child. They are responsible for implementing the proven Aqua-Tots curriculum in each lesson, offering children quality swim instruction that will enable them to live a lifetime of safety in and around the water. They will uphold the Aqua-Tots Core Values in every interaction, whether with children, parents or staff members.

- Year-Round, Part-time positions offer 10 - 30 hours per week

Swim Teacher Responsibilities and Duties
- Teaching children swim lessons every 30 minutes
- Engaging with Children and Families in the joy of learningswimming
- Smiling and having fun
- Answering questions and providing feedback to children and parents
- Abiding by our Aqua-Tots Core Values (see below)
The Swim Instructor position requires a person to have the passion and patience to change the lives of the children they teach! Though swim experience or lifeguarding is a plus, people with the right personality with a positive attitude are ALL welcome to apply as we provide terrific training!
