What You'll Do
- Deliver Exceptional Service: Greet families, answer calls, and respond to emails with professionalism, warmth, and urgency
- Guide the Family Journey: Support families through enrollment, program selection, and ongoing account needs
- Promote Our Mission: Communicate the value of our swim curriculum and life-saving water safety skills
- Resolve with Care: Handle scheduling, billing, and account inquiries efficiently and accurately
- Celebrate Every Win: Recognize student milestones with enthusiasm-stickers, high-fives, and encouragement
- Create a Welcoming Environment: Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting front desk and lobby
- Collaborate as a Team: Participate in trainings, team meetings, and support teammates to deliver a consistent experience
What We're Looking For
- Customer service experience (sales, hospitality, admin, or similar roles)
- Experience working with children (babysitting, coaching, teaching, etc.) preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Clear, friendly, and professional communication skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for helping families and making a meaningful impact
