Front Desk Staff
Hours: 8-25 Hours Per Week
Availability: Weekday evenings or weekend mornings
Shifts:
- Weekdays: 3:00 PM - 8:00 PM (Monday-Friday)
- Weekends: 8:30 AM - 2:00 PM (Saturday & Sunday)
What You’ll Do:
- Customer Service Rockstar: Welcome families, answer questions, and build lasting relationships
- Problem Solver: Handle customer concerns with grace and use our core values to have a favorable outcome
- Team Player: Work alongside our leadership and staff to keep everything running smoothly
Daily Duties:
- Deliver top-notch service to our Aqua-Tots families.
- Guide parents and kids on their journey to water safety.
- Sell swimming lessons and merchandise.
- Conduct facility tours and register new families.
- Manage scheduling and handle payments.
- Ensure our space is safe and tidy.

What We’re Looking For:

Bonus Points:
- Local candidates (ideal for NOVA/GMU students) looking to stay for at least a year.
- Previous customer service or childcare experience.
- Willing to cross train to teach swim lessons is a HUGE plus (all training provided)
- Spanish speakers are a plus!
Pay:
- Front Desk: $12.50 - $15.00/hr based on experience.
- Water Safety Instructors: $14.00 - $19.00/hr based on experience.
