Aqua-Tech Car Wash is hiring two part-time Sales & Marketing Representatives in the Quad Cities. We're looking for motivated people who want more than just a paycheck — people who want to develop valuable skills, challenge themselves, and gain real business experience.
No previous sales experience is required. We'll train you.

Through hands-on training and weekly coaching, you'll develop practical skills in:
- Sales presentations, communication, and negotiation
- Building customer relationships and trust
- Understanding customer needs and communicating value
- Membership sales and customer retention
- Business development and promotional marketing
As you progress, you may also have opportunities to participate in community events, local business outreach, and marketing campaigns.
What You'll Do
- Engage with customers at our car wash locations
- Explain wash packages and membership benefits
- Recommend memberships based on customer needs
- Build confidence in sales conversations and closing techniques
- Support membership growth and customer retention
- Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching
- Represent Aqua-Tech professionally and deliver outstanding customer service
This is a customer-facing, on-site sales position, not a desk-based marketing role.
Compensation & Scheduling
- $15 hourly base pay
- $5 commission for each membership sold or reactivated
- $100 monthly top-salesperson bonus opportunity
- Approximately 10–25 hours per week
- Typical shifts: noon–6 PM, occasionally 10 AM–6 PM
- Open availability Friday through Sunday required
- Holidays required, but we ar closed Christmas and Thanksgiving
- Must be willing to work at both Davenport and Eldridge locations
