The Role
As a Sales Lead Generator, your mission is clear: get local businesses excited about our services by scheduling appointments for our Business Development Representatives via outbound calls and emails. This role is ideal for someone who loves to connect with people, is comfortable on the phone, and takes pride in supporting a sales team to achieve their targets. This person should also feel comfortable talking on the phone in an open setting.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calling, emailing, or texting campaigns to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Utilize various tools and platforms to identify potential customers in the market.
- Engage with prospects through effective communication to qualify their interest and needs.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for converting leads into customers.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up activities in our CRM, ServiceTitan.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the lead generation process.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies that align with lead generation efforts.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development or inside sales.
- Strong outbound calling skills with a focus on lead qualification.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to build rapport with potential clients and understand their needs.
- Familiarity with customer service principles and practices.
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to achieve targets and contribute to team success.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while also being able to work independently
