Job Summary

As an Irrigation Installer, you will work with a crew to install underground sprinkler systems for residential and commercial properties. This position involves physical outdoor work, operating equipment, installing pipe, valves, sprinkler heads, and controllers while ensuring every system is installed to the highest standards. Previous irrigation experience is preferred but not required—we are willing to train dependable individuals with a strong work ethic. The role reflects common installer responsibilities such as trenching, installing pipe and components, testing systems, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install complete underground irrigation systems.
• Dig trenches using hand tools and trenching equipment.
• Install PVC pipe, drip irrigation, valves, sprinkler heads, wire, and controllers.
• Read and follow irrigation layouts and installation plans.
• Test, troubleshoot, and adjust newly installed systems.
• Operate equipment including trenchers, mini excavators, skid steers, and compact machinery (training available).
• Maintain tools, vehicles, and equipment.
• Communicate professionally with customers on job sites.
• Follow all company safety procedures.
• Work efficiently as part of a team while maintaining quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record preferred.
• Ability to lift 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Comfortable working outdoors in Kansas heat and changing weather.
• Ability to use hand tools and power tools.
• Strong work ethic, dependable attendance, and positive attitude.
• Irrigation, plumbing, landscaping, or construction experience is a plus but not required.

Schedule

• Monday–Friday
• 7:00 AM until work is completed
• Overtime available during peak season
