Position Overview

We’re looking for motivated, coachable, high-energy Sales Representatives who are ready to take their income and career to the next level. In this role, you’ll meet with pre-set and self-generated appointments, educate homeowners on advanced water treatment systems, and confidently guide customers toward solutions that fit their needs.

What You’ll Do

· Showcase and demonstrate premium water filtration and refining systems

· Connect with warm leads from our marketing and canvassing teams

· Build trust with homeowners and provide honest, solution-based recommendations

· Hit monthly sales goals while creating strong, lasting customer relationships

· Take part in weekly sales meetings, coaching, and ongoing training to sharpen your skills

Qualifications

· Previous in-home or direct sales experience is preferred, but not required

· Strong communication and people skills

· A self-motivated, goal-driven attitude

· Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license

· A willingness to learn, grow, and build a future with the company
