Job Overview
Aqua Science currently has an opening for a Field Service Technician to join our team at our North Phoenix, AZ location. The service area for this role is from the north of I-10 through the whole northern part of greater Phoenix. In this role, the Field Service Technician will diagnose and repair or Install existing water treatment systems RO and Water Softeners, service patio misting systems and fix or replace basic plumbing issues including tankless and tanked water heaters, angle stops and garbage disposals. As a Field Service Water Technician, you will work with some of the best professionals in the business. Our technicians average over 8 years of service with our company. All our Field Service Technicians are provided a Company branded vehicle (drive home) and provided a fuel/maintenance card as well as an iPad and phone with industry leading Service Titan Software. You will:
- Install and service residential water treatment systems
- Install systems both solo and with experienced teams
- Diagnose and repair minor plumbing issues
You should:
- Be outgoing, a team player and customer service focused
- Have a clean driving record
- Be able to pass a drug screen and background check
We like, but don’t require:
- Soldering experience
- A basic understanding of plumbing
- Experience installing water heaters, angle stops, PRV, water softeners and Reverse Osmosis
Additional Information:
Must be able to:
- Work a full 6-8 hour shift outside
- Push/Pull/Lift 80 lbs.
- Kneel and stand for a 6-8 hour shift
- Drive approximately 1-2 hours a day
