In-Home Sales Representative (Pre-Set Appointments | High Ticket)

Job Overview

Aqua Pool Recruiters is seeking experienced commission-based sales professionals to run pre-set, pre-qualified in-home appointments.

This is not an entry-level role.

If you’ve successfully sold high-ticket products (cars, roofing, solar, insurance, etc.) and are comfortable working on 100% commission, this opportunity is built for you.

You’ll meet with homeowners who have already expressed interest, present solutions, and close deals.

No cold calling. No door knocking. Just closing.

Compensation & Opportunity

• Average 2–3 appointments per day
• $25 paid per appointment run
• Average $600–$700 per sale
• Typical reps close 5–6 deals per week
• Weekly income potential: $2,500–$3,500
• Additional performance bonuses available

What You’ll Do

• Run pre-set, in-home sales appointments
• Present and demonstrate solutions to homeowners
• Build rapport and guide clients through the buying process
• Close deals and ensure a smooth customer experience
• Manage follow-ups and track activity in CRM
• Maintain professionalism and control of the sales process

What We’re Looking For

• Proven commission-only sales experience (REQUIRED)
• Background in high-ticket sales (cars, roofing, solar, alarms, insurance, etc.)
• Strong closing and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage your schedule
• Comfortable meeting clients face-to-face in their homes
