Our team is growing, and we are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Client Support Representative to join our Plumbing Department team.

Position Overview

The Client Support Representative is responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our plumbing clients. This individual will be the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from the initial call to the completion of the service.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, emails, and online inquiries from plumbing customers
• Schedule service appointments and coordinate with plumbing technicians
• Provide accurate information regarding services, warranties, and pricing
• Maintain detailed and organized records within our service management system
• Resolve customer issues or escalate to the appropriate team member when necessary
• Follow up on completed jobs to ensure customer satisfaction
• Collaborate closely with internal departments for efficient service delivery

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 2 years of experience in customer service, dispatch, or administrative support (preferred in home services or plumbing)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and customer service software
• Positive attitude, team-oriented mindset, and professional demeanor
