Reservation Sales Agent

Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Reservation Agent to join our fun, passionate, and high-performing team at Aqua Party Boat. A company that specializes in unforgettable private boat charters and on-the-water event experiences.

In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing customer reservations, providing exceptional service, and ensuring a seamless and enjoyable booking process from inquiry to confirmation. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to leverage technology to meet client needs efficiently.

This is a hybrid position, with work split between our office in Alachua FL and remote flexibility, making it a great opportunity for someone who thrives in both structured and independent environments.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms with professionalism and efficiency.
• Communicate clearly and effectively with customers to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide accurate information about services, availability, and pricing to assist customers in making informed decisions.
• Utilize sales techniques to promote additional services and upsell where appropriate.
• Manage booking systems and ensure all reservations are entered accurately into the database.
• Manage Schedule and reservation accordingly
• Collaborate with team members to resolve any issues that may arise during the reservation process.
• Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely responses and solutions.

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Strong computer typing and Reading Capabilities is needed
• Strong customer service orientation with the ability to engage positively with clients.
• Experience in sales or is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in using reservation software and other relevant technologies.
• Ability to negotiate effectively and market services to potential clients.
• Previous experience in sales or warm calling is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail to manage multiple reservations efficiently.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.49 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 45 per week
