Aqua Oasis Pool Construction LLC, based in Freeport, FL, is hiring an experienced Pool Plumber to join our growing team. We specialize in custom pool construction and are looking for someone who knows their way around Hayward equipment inside and out — pumps, filters, heaters, salt systems, automation, and plumbing layouts.
What You'll Do:
- Install and plumb pool equipment pads, including Hayward pumps, filters, heaters, chlorinators/salt systems, and automation controls
- Run and set PVC plumbing for skimmers, returns, main drains, and spa lines on new pool construction
- Read and work from pool plans/blueprints to ensure proper plumbing layout and equipment placement
- Troubleshoot and correct plumbing or equipment issues on active job sites
- Coordinate with construction crews and job supervisors to keep projects on schedule
- Ensure all work meets local code and manufacturer installation standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work site
What We're Looking For:
- Proven experience plumbing residential pool equipment pads
- Strong hands-on knowledge of Hayward pumps, filters, heaters, and automation/salt systems specifically
- Comfortable reading pool construction plans
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work outdoors in Florida weather and perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing for extended periods)
- Team player with good communication skills
- Bonus: general pool construction or Shotcrete/plumbing rough-in experience
