Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented installation expediter to document all installation information. The expediter will be responsible for documenting all aspects of installation projects, including procedures, issues, and progress. This role is crucial for ensuring accurate and comprehensive records are maintained, facilitating clear communication among team members, and aiding in the successful completion of installation projects. 100% travel is required for the role, as the team has installation projects across the country
Responsibilities:
- Take accurate notes during the installation process, including equipment used, units installed, and unexpected issues
- Communicate and coordinate with the property managers and installers to ensure all parties are aligned and installations are running smoothly
- Assist the operations team with planning the installation schedule for each property
- Oversee inventory counts and communicate with the operations team when supplies are needed for each installation
- Upload installation notes to the online documentation system
- Assist with pre-setting of the system components and serve as a final check on quality control for installations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a note-taking or administrative role, preferably in a technical or installation environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial mindset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer/technology usability in Outlook, Excel, and Google Sheets
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Have a driver’s license and be able to drive a company van
- Speaking Spanish is a plus but not a requirement
