Office Assistant / Sales / Marketing

Aqua Marine Deck is looking for a highly motivated high energy talented sales marketing personnel that is looking for a long-term employment opportunity. Aqua Marine Deck is a fast-growing dynamic company that manufactures and provides non-skid decking material for marine watercraft nationwide. This involves duties, including product sales, electronic sales platform, digital marketing strategies and use of social media platforms, answering calls, customer relations, and other office and operations duties as needed. Understanding and knowing social media platforms is a must along with knowing Canva and how to create creatives.

Position Responsibilities

• Overseeing clerical tasks and use of internal software operations program
• Welcoming visitors to our office
• Answering phone calls
• Guide and assist customers with product information and pricing in a fast-paced environment.
• Establish effective relationships with customers via phone, social media, and email.
• Provide knowledgeable follow-up regarding requests and pricing.
• Work with Aqua Marine Decks internal departments to meet our customer's needs.
• Generate leads and sales through networking, referrals. Responding to emails, and social media prospecting and attend annual trade shows
• Travel to boat manufacturers if needed
• Work the boat show once a year, will involve a weekend in January

Qualifications

• Must know social media marketing- Facebook, Instagram
• Marketing and Sales experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.
• Ability to work in a team atmosphere
• Strong organizational skills
• Able to manage internal operations software program as trained

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor or Associate of Business Degree or Marketing or equal
• Minimum of 5 years experience with office and customer relations experience
• Desire to provide the best possible experience for our customers including excellent follow-up skills
• Detail-oriented, decisive, and able to multitask well in a fast-paced environment
• Marine Experience a plus

Pay: $45,000.00 - $56,000.00, Sales Bonus up to 30K a year depending on sales ability.
