With over 90 locations nationwide, we are a major player in our industry. We are looking for a manager to run our San Marcos store location.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in successful sales, have an aptitude for customer service, be a capable manager, and be proficient with computers.
The chosen candidate will receive a base salary plus commission, benefits, and monthly bonus potential, along with an Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP).

The successful candidate will be required to:
1. Be a highly skilled and effective sales professional.
2. Keep and staff hours at our storefront, normally 5 days per week
3. Be available by phone, and have a dependable smart phone and service.
4. Turn in administrative documents accurately and on time.
5. Be proficient with and able to use a computer.
6. Be personable, and have good customer service and problem solving skills.
7. Have a valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
8. Be able to operate a forklift or be willing to learn.
9. Maintain store cleanliness and inventory.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
