Aqua Home Care is a licensed Florida Nurse Registry dedicated to providing high-quality, compassionate care to patients in their homes and facilities. We are looking for a motivated and driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our team, focusing on growing our network of qualified independent contractors.
Job Summary:
As a Nurse Registry Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full cycle recruitment of caregivers (CNAs, HHAs, LPNs, RNs). Your goal is to increase our active registry by sourcing, interviewing, and ensuring all regulatory compliance for caregivers to start providing care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruitment & Sourcing: Actively source, screen, and onboard qualified CNAs/HHAs/RNs/LPNs. Utilize job boards, social media platforms, and networking events to attract talent.
- Compliance & Credentialing: Ensure all caregiver files are fully compliant with Florida regulations, including Level II background checks, CPR, TB screening, CEUs, and license verification.
- Interviewing: Conduct phone and in-person interviews to assess clinical skills, experience, and patient compatibility.
- Onboarding: Facilitate the orientation and onboarding process for new hires to the registry.
- Relationship Management: Maintain constant communication with caregivers to ensure high retention and engagement.
- Technology Utilization: Maintain accurate data in our ATS/scheduling software and use tools such as AI tools or Google Workspace for efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual Spanish/English a plus
- Experience: 1 years of experience in healthcare staffing, nurse recruitment, or human resources. Experience with Florida Nurse Registry regulations is a plus.
- Skills: Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Strong sales-oriented mindset with the ability to "sell" our registry to top talent.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with credentialing requirements and Florida caregiver background checks.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and applicant tracking systems.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or Healthcare Administration preferred, or equivalent work experience.
- Language: Bilingual English/Spanish
