Position SummaryThe Business Administration Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth administration, clear communication, and efficient workflow across all departments. This role serves as the key liaison between Administration/Operations, Warehouse, Education, and other teams, ensuring alignment and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, operations, and team leadership, with experience in project management and process improvement.
Department Coordination & Communication
- Partner with management to ensure seamless administration, communication, and workflow between departments.
- Act as a central liaison between Admin/Ops, Warehouse, Education, and other teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and timely execution of priorities.
- Facilitate cross-departmental meetings and follow-ups to maintain project momentum.
Financial & Administrative Management
- Oversee payroll processing, accounts receivable (A/R), and accounts payable (A/P).
- Manage daily office and showroom operations, ensuring a professional, well-organized, and efficient work environment.
- Generate, review, and present reports on company performance metrics.
Operational Excellence & Process Improvement
- Audit operational and financial processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement corrective actions.
- Create, update, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and compliance.
- Leverage project management software to plan, track, and deliver company initiatives.
Customer Support & Internal Guidance
- Serve as the go-to resource for Customer Support inquiries, policy clarifications, and procedural guidance.
- Ensure customer issues are resolved promptly and in alignment with company policies and brand standards.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in office management, operations, or team leadership (experience in beauty, retail, or distribution preferred).
- Strong knowledge of payroll, accounts receivable/payable, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Trello) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience creating and managing SOPs.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify inefficiencies and implement solutions.
