Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Associate role based in Marble Falls, TX. The Associate will assist with the installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, gutter guards, soffit, fascia, and other related systems. The role involves working on various structures, including pool enclosures and screen rooms, to ensure high-quality service. The Associate will also be responsible for ensuring clean, safe, and efficient job sites while maintaining professional interactions with clients.
Qualifications
- Experience in installation, repair, and maintenance of gutters, downspouts, and gutter guards
- Ability to perform cleaning and maintenance tasks, including working on soffit, fascia, and similar systems
- Proficiency in using tools and equipment for construction and repair work
- Physical ability to perform hands-on labor, including working at heights
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and commitment to safety standards
- Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members and clients
- Experience in construction, carpentry, or a related field is preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent is required
