Summary: We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new clients, building strong relationships, and generating revenue. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a competitive environment and is passionate about transportation and logistics.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in freight forwarding, both internationally and domestically, through cold calling and networking.
- Develop new domestic freight opportunities.
- Build and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to maximize profit margins.
- Track market trends and competitor activities to identify new sales opportunities.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role.
- Experience in freight forwarding is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Fluent in Spanish is a plus.
- Strong organizational and project management abilities.
- Travel required.

Salary: $50,000 base per year
Compensation: Uncapped commission based on individual performance, with on-target earnings (OTE) of $50,000-80,000.
