Forklift Operator

Summary

We are seeking a skilled Forklift Operator to join our dynamic team. Located in Jacksonville, FL this role is crucial to our operations, ensuring efficient warehouse operations As a Forklift Operator, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional service while maintaining safety standards.

Responsibilities:

• Operate forklifts to safely transport materials to and from designated areas.
• Load, unload, and stack materials in a safe and efficient manner.
• Follow all safety procedures and guidelines to maintain a clean and hazard-free work environment.
• Assist with other warehouse tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

• 1 year of experience as a Forklift Operator in a warehouse environment.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of warehouse safety practices is essential.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to operate in a cold weather environment for extended periods while wearing company-provided safety gear.
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds from the ground to chest height and to climb on and off equipment multiple times throughout the work shift.
