We are seeking a friendly and professional Night Host/Host to join our team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival and manage seating arrangements efficiently
- Provide attentive and courteous customer service throughout the guest’s visit
- Handle guest inquiries and reservations with professionalism and friendliness
- Maintain a clean and organized host stand area
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers to ensure smooth service flow
- Manage phone inquiries, reservations, and guest requests with excellent phone etiquette
- Assist in guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and courteously
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure high-quality service standards are maintained
Skills
- Previous host/host experience preferred, especially within food service or restaurant settings
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS is a plus
- Experience in hotel or guest services is advantageous
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and guest relations skills
- Team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
This job is part time job (approx 15-20/hr week) The job requires someone who is fast thinking, reliable. Great part time job for college student or part time second job. This position pays $10.98 biweekly tip outs. Average hourly pay is $16 or above depending on business
