Key Responsibilities
- Construction & Maintenance: Safely lift, carry, transport, and operate construction equipment, power tools, and materials for pond and waterscape projects.
- Winter Operations: Drive and operate trucks equipped with snowplows during winter weather events.
- Quality & Leadership: Ensure all work meets company standards, train new team members, and lead by example.
- Customer Service & Support: Perform minor administrative duties, communicate with clients, and assist with project needs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Snowplow Experience: Demonstrated experience operating a truck with a snowplow required.
- Winter Availability: Must be available 24/7 during the winter season for snow response.
- Driving Record: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
- Technical & Tool Skills: Comfort and familiarity with power tools, small construction equipment, and waterscapes/pond systems preferred.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. independently, and up to 100 lbs. with a partner.
- Communication & Leadership: Strong written/verbal communication skills, leadership ability, and basic math/budgeting comprehension.
- Passion for the Outdoors: Comfort working outside in varying weather conditions year-round.
