aQua Dialysis Clear Lake is seeking a full-time Administrative Assistant to provide great customer service to our patients and to assist our staff in daily operations. This is a Monday to Friday position with full-time benefits.
The Administrative Assistant greets patients and assists them to check-in, fill out new patient forms, and make and reschedule appointments. This role also answers the phone and monitors the fax line. In the back office, the AA credentials doctors, keeps the inventory in order, and ships laboratory specimens.
An ideal candidate has at least six months experience in a dialysis unit and is familiar with medical terms and HIPAA regulations. In the dialysis unit, they are professional in assisting patients and teammates.
Salary : $14 - $20
