Your Skills:
- Previous experience in a front office role in a medical setting
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills
- Patient-focused and dependable
- GED or High School Diploma
- Driven to reach goals, desire to learn new skills, and passion for exceeding expectations
- Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide an exceptional experience for our patients by welcoming them to our practice, answering questions, directing them to the appropriate office, and making sure the office is organized.
- Ability to travel to other office locations as needed to support the continued growth of our practices
- Drive patient and employee security by following safety procedures and controlling access levels.
- Ordering front office supplies and keeping track of supplies
- Cover for surgery scheduling/operator functions
- Performing other patient-focused responsibilities, including scheduling appointments, meetings, filing, faxing, transcribing, and photocopying
