Aqua Clear Water Systems, a family-owned and -operated water purification company founded in 2005, is leading the way with innovation and sustainability in the water treatment industry. We're helping others take special care of their three biggest priorities — their personal health, family, and home — and we're looking for an OUTSIDE SALES & EVENTS REPRESENTATIVE to be the face of Aqua Clear at home shows, community events, and partner businesses across the region!
Our ideal candidate has some previous experience in sales, events, or promotions, but you don't have to have industry experience to apply! We are looking for outgoing team players who love to learn and aren't afraid to roll up their sleeves — this role is equal parts people skills and hustle. You'll be setting up booths, hauling water coolers, shaking hands, and building the strategic partnerships that keep our pipeline full. You'll be an hourly employee PLUS COMMISSION, with pay determined based on your experience. Once hired, you'll receive training on our products, our story, and our sales process — no water treatment knowledge required on day one.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Representing Aqua Clear at home shows, trade shows, and community events across our service area
- Researching and signing up for shows and events, and maintaining an organized event calendar
- Communicating with the team on upcoming events and promotions
- Setting up and tearing down event booths, tables, displays, and water coolers
- Engaging attendees, handing out business cards and materials, and generating qualified leads
- Building and managing strategic partner relationships (builders, plumbers, realtors, and local businesses)
- Following up with leads promptly and professionally
- Documenting everything within our Customer Relationship Management system, ServiceTitan
- Attendance and participation in team meetings
- Professionalism and punctuality to work, events, and appointments
- Consistently meeting and exceeding personal and team sales targets
Required:
- Outgoing personality and excellent verbal communication skills
- A positive attitude and genuine love for talking with people
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in the field
- Ability to work well with various personalities
- Willing to work hard and learn
- Willing to do what it takes to get the job done
- Must be able and willing to lift 50 lbs regularly (booth setup, water coolers, displays)
- Availability for evening and weekend events
- Valid driver's license — clean driving record required if you'd like a company vehicle. Prefer to use your personal vehicle? That works too — you just won't be on our insurance. Up to you!
- Must pass drug screening & background check

Schedule: Based on the event calendar — very flexible, but expect a lot of evenings and weekends! This is not a 9-to-5.
Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities, commission pay

Willingness to travel: Required and important — our service area includes Knoxville, Sevierville, Chattanooga, Nashville, Johnson City, Kentucky, and Georgia
