Night Auditor Hotel

Join the team at Aqua Blue Hotel, where coastal elegance meets modern comfort in the heart of Narragansett Beach. We’re seeking a part-time Night Auditor to provide warm, professional guest service while maintaining the overnight operations of our front desk.

Position Summary:
The Night Auditor serves as the face of Aqua Blue Hotel during overnight hours — ensuring guests are checked in and out efficiently, reservations are handled accurately, and nightly reports are completed to support smooth morning operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet guests with professionalism and hospitality upon arrival and departure
• Check guests in/out using our property management system (RMS Cloud)
• Process and confirm new reservations by phone, email, or in person
• Print and review nightly audit reports to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Reconcile daily transactions and prepare night audit summaries
• Ensure lobby and common areas remain tidy and welcoming
• Respond to guest inquiries, concerns, and after-hours requests
• Communicate effectively with housekeeping and management regarding guest needs

Ideal Candidate:

• Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and communication skills
• Comfortable working independently and problem-solving overnight
• Proficient with computers; RMS Cloud experience a plus
• Friendly, reliable, and professional demeanor

Schedule & Pay:

• Part-time position (overnight shifts)
• Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability preferred
• Competitive hourly rate, commensurate with experience
