Job Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Supervisor to lead and manage our professional cleaning teams. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily cleaning operations across various post construction projects, ensuring high standards of cleanliness, safety, and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily cleaning activities.
- Pick up and Drop off equipment from warehouse as needed (supervisor's car MUST be able to carry 2 six food ladders -- ex: Truck or SUV -- AQC will pay for all gas and general maintenance of vehicle in use)
- Lead, motivate, and train cleaning staff to ensure adherence to company standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct regular inspections to monitor quality of work, identify areas for improvement, and provide constructive feedback.
- Assign tasks efficiently and ensure adequate staffing levels for each job.
- Maintain inventory needs of warehouse pertaining to cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Enforce health and safety regulations to create a safe working environment for all team members.
- Collaborate with clients to address specific cleaning requirements and resolve any service issues promptly.
Skills
- Proven experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning techniques and standards (window cleaning, floor stripping, general clean up)
- Supervising experience in a management or leadership role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
- Strong communication skills to lead teams, coordinate with clients, and report on operational performance.
- Knowledge of custodial equipment (floor scrubbers, pressure washers, wet vacs etc.)
- Leadership qualities that inspire teamwork, accountability, and high-quality service delivery.
- Familiarity with health and safety regulations relevant to commercial cleaning environments.
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
