We are seeking a skilled Winder for the 2nd Shift to join our team. Responsibilities
- Operate winding machinery with precision to produce high-quality components
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure optimal performance
- Read and interpret schematics, technical manuals, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues using hand tools, power tools, and diagnostic equipment
- Utilize welding, soldering, and other fabrication techniques for repairs and modifications
- Assist with vehicle maintenance tasks when required
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment
- Document maintenance activities and report any equipment malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
Qualifications
- Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience using hand tools and power tools
- Excellent customer service skills when interacting with team members
- Knowledge of welding and brazing is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical issues
