We're looking for dependable, hardworking Line Cooks who thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, take pride in quality, and enjoy being part of a team that supports one another.
What You'll Do
- Prepare and cook menu items according to AQ recipes and standards.
- Set up, stock, and maintain your station for service.
- Follow food safety, sanitation, and quality standards at all times.
- Ensure food is cooked, plated, and served consistently.
- Communicate effectively with the kitchen team during service.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with prep, stocking, cleaning, and closing duties.
- Help minimize waste and use products responsibly.
- Support teammates and contribute to a positive kitchen culture.
What We're Looking For
- Previous line cook or restaurant kitchen experience preferred.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
