We are seeking a dedicated Therapy Development Specialist to provide advanced clinical and technical support for a new vascular product.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Expertise: Provide hands-on procedural support and technical guidance for complex vascular cases across various clinical settings.
- Strategic Sales Support: Partner with field representatives to drive product utilization, support new account launches, and manage account growth strategies.
- Education & Training: Lead in-service presentations and training sessions for physicians, nurses, and hospital staff on new vascular products and best practices.
- Relationship Management: Build strong professional ties with clinicians and administrators, serving as a clinical subject matter expert and gathering product feedback.
- Field Operations: Manage territory logistics, including inventory compliance and high-frequency travel to multiple accounts.
Requirements
- Availability: Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by local management.
- Mobility: A valid driver’s license is required; you must reside within the territory and be able to travel over 70% of the time.
- Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree with 4 years of relevant experience; OR
Preferred Qualifications
- Deep clinical expertise in carotid, embolic, or thrombectomy therapies.
- Proven track record in medical device sales support or therapy adoption.
- Strong communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Salary : $100,000 - $185,000
