Senior Clinical Specialist – Vascular
Location: Long Island, New York

APX Life Sciences is supporting a leading global medical technology company who is seeking a Senior Clinical Specialist to support the continued expansion of its vascular therapies portfolio across the Long Island, NY region.
This is a field-based, customer-facing role focused on driving the adoption and utilisation of innovative vascular technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Clinical & Technical Support
- Provide hands-on support during vascular procedures
- Deliver clinical expertise for new and existing technologies
- Support urgent and scheduled case coverage
Product Launch & Development
- Drive new product introductions (NPI) across target accounts
- Support early-stage adoption and utilisation growth
- Assist with new account onboarding and expansion
Commercial Collaboration
- Partner with sales teams to execute account strategies
- Contribute to revenue growth and market development
- Provide clinical insights to support competitive positioning
Education & Training
- Deliver product training and in-services to physicians and staff
- Support clinical education programs and events
Relationship Management
- Build strong relationships with key clinical stakeholders
- Support long-term customer engagement and retention
Candidate Requirements
Essential:
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Clinical Specialist/ Field role
- Ability to provide hands-on procedural support
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Vascular experience
Preferred:
- Experience supporting new product launches (NPI)
- Background in interventional or endovascular therapies
Territory & Travel
- Coverage: Long Island
- Frequent local travel between hospital accounts (70%)
- Limited overnight travel long-term
- Increased travel during initial training and onboarding period
Compensation & Benefits
- On-Target Earnings: $175,000–$185,000
