Join Our Costco Partnership Team

A Plus Garage Doors is looking for an outgoing, energetic Lead Generator / Sales Associate to represent our company inside Costco warehouses in Reno.

Your role is simple: talk with Costco members and schedule free in-home garage door estimates.

No selling required inside the store — your focus is creating interest and setting appointments for our sales team.

If you enjoy meeting people, starting conversations, and working in a fast-paced retail environment, this can be a great opportunity to earn consistent hourly pay plus bonuses.

What You'll Do

Engage Costco Members
Start friendly conversations with shoppers and introduce them to A Plus Garage Doors.

Generate Leads
Schedule free in-home garage door estimates for interested homeowners.

Represent the Brand
Serve as a professional brand ambassador for A Plus Garage Doors inside Costco.

Create Opportunities
Help homeowners discover options for new garage doors, upgrades, and repairs.

What We’re Looking For

✔ Friendly, outgoing personality
✔ Comfortable talking to new people throughout the day
✔ Sales, retail, or customer service experience preferred
✔ Reliable and professional
✔ Able to work weekends (Costco peak hours)

No garage door experience needed — we provide full training.

Pay & Compensation

$20 per hour base pay

PLUS

$20 bonus for every qualified lead generated

Successful team members regularly generate multiple leads per shift, creating strong bonus opportunities.
