- Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies or equivalent
- Current Physician Assistant licensure in Arizona
- Certification by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA)
- Ability to work independently and make informed medical decisions
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting is a plus
