Apure Lighting is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our team in Miami, Florida. This is a full-time, on-site position offering the opportunity to work closely with our global network of agencies and resellers while supporting the sales process for one of the most design-driven lighting manufacturers in the industry.

Role Description
The Inside Sales Representative will play a vital role in supporting Apure’s agency and reseller partners through the preparation of detailed quotations, proactive follow-ups, and management of open invoices. The ideal candidate will develop a comprehensive understanding of Apure’s product line and maintain a high standard of accuracy and professionalism in all communications and documentation.
Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, maintaining organized client records, and ensuring a seamless experience from initial inquiry through post-sale support. The Inside Sales Representative will receive training in Apure’s internal programs and systems and must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and POS platforms, including but not limited to Shopify Plus.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Inside Sales, Account Management, or Lead Generation
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and POS systems, including Shopify Plus
- Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field preferred
- Previous experience in the lighting or design industry is a plus
