Aptus Health Care is looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Manager's Assistant to provide support to our HR department with a variety of administrative tasks. In this position, you will play a role in recruitment, onboarding, training, employee relations, and the maintenance of employee records. You will act as a point of contact for employee inquiries while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Additionally, you will participate in job fairs and contribute to enhancing employee morale through team-building activities. You will also be responsible for following up on patient reviews and addressing grievances, along with other tasks as required.

Requirements:
- Associate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- Previous experience in HR or administrative support roles is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software or databases.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Work Schedule:
- Full-time, Monday to Friday
Work Setting:
- In-person- Must be willing to travel to multiple clinics (Edinburg, McAllen, Rio, Roma)
