Role Description
The full-time Administrative Assistant position includes work-from-home activities, on-site tasks in and around Little Rock, and occasional light travel. Hours are generally 8:00-5:00 with time for lunch breaks. Dress is typically business casual. The administrative assistant will be supporting Aptus’s CEO and CFO and assisting with a wide variety of tasks.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinating scheduling for CEO, including managing agendas, mail, email, phone calls, and other interactions with employees, clients and partners.
- Organizing CEO’s internal and external communication, including writing and responding to emails in the CEO’s absence.
- Managing CEO’s logistics and activities, including calendar management, running errands and arranging travel.
- Supporting Aptus’s financial wellness business with data entry, filing and other administrative tasks and occasionally representing Aptus at conferences and other events.
- Billing clients through our accounting software.
- Managing the flow of planning agreements and other documents through our electronic signature platform.
- Inputting, editing, and reviewing client information in our Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Filing and organizing electronic documents.
