Job Title: ServiceNow Hypercare Support Lead
Location: Atlanta or Cincinnati

Onsite-need locals
- Strong knowledge and understanding of SNWO Modules (SNOW Modules(ITSM,CMDB,CSM,VAM,Agent Char, Service Portal , Integrations)
- Strong and Experienced with UI Policies, UI Actions, and ACLs , Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
- Strong Defect Management exposure , Defect logging, tracking, and prioritization, Coordination with development team for fixes, Validation and testing of fixes, Deployment support for patches/releases,Defect trend reporting
- Experience in managing hypercare support , Quick and swift at response and action and familiar with all the ITIL best practices
- Expertise in Business Rules, Client Scripts, and Script Includes
- Strong documentation and tactical operations skills
- Good Reporting and Dashboards , Good experience and skill in preparing and providing daily hyper care status report and other executive reports
