Role Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated Python AI Agent Developer with hands-on experience in Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, and AI Agent development. The ideal candidate should have strong Python programming skills and experience building AI-powered applications using modern LLM frameworks and cloud-based AI development environments.
This role involves developing intelligent AI agents capable of executing tasks autonomously, integrating with enterprise systems, and leveraging cloud-based coding environments such as OpenAI Codex Cloud or similar AI-assisted development platforms. The candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered applications using Python.
- Build autonomous AI agents capable of executing workflows and background tasks.
- Work with OpenAI Codex Cloud or similar cloud-based AI coding environments for automated development and task execution.
- Develop solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Claude, or Gemini.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and AI agent workflows.
- Integrate AI solutions with REST APIs, databases, and third-party enterprise applications.
- Optimize AI models for performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaborate with product managers, data engineers, and software developers to deliver AI-driven solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to AI applications and Python services.
- Stay current with advancements in AI, Generative AI, and agentic frameworks.
Required Skills
- Strong proficiency in Python.
- Experience with Generative AI and AI Agent development.
- Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs, Codex Cloud, or similar AI-assisted coding platforms.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, CrewAI, AutoGen, or similar agent frameworks.
- Knowledge of prompt engineering, function calling, and AI orchestration.
- Experience building REST APIs using FastAPI or Flask.
- Familiarity with vector databases such as Pinecone, ChromaDB, FAISS, or Weaviate.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience building multi-agent AI systems.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments.
