.NET / AWS LEAD
LOCATION – San Diego, CA
Rate: Market Rate
Responsibilities
- Thought leadership for system design using Domain Driven Design techniques.
- Develop and maintain software products used by Advisors and Investors.
- Communicate with technical and non-technical groups on a regular basis as part of product support.
- Work with team members and product owners to translate business problem statements into technical solutions, then help to plan Sprints that deliver quality demonstrations.
- Collaborate with business partners, Architects, Quality Assurance, Release Management, and the Change Control board to plan, design, develop, and implement solutions based on business requirements.
Requirements:
- 8 years of professional hands-on experience in designing and building RESTful APIs and services in .NET
- 2 years of software development experience with the AWS platform
- 2 years of working with Docker and Kubernetes
- 2 years of experience with test automation
- 2 years of experience with Engineering Team Leadership
Preferences:
- Experience in developing cross-functional systems.
- AWS Certification for Developer and Solution Architect Associate.
Experience with Github, or other version control tools - Experience integrating with REST and/or other services
- Strong coding, debugging, and troubleshooting skills with a solid understanding of relational databases and data models
- DevOps automation skills including scripting and GitHub Actions.
