- Implement & oversee employee feedback surveys (hierarchy, reporting, etc.)
- Corporate tickets for Jazz games, Sundance, Real SL, etc. (ticket transfers, confirmation emails)
- Ongoing event planning (Block Parties, Employee B-day celebrations, etc.)
- Onboarding (ID badges, name plates, prep swag, head shots, etc.)
- New Employee Orientation (comms to employees, present & update presentation, order breakfast, prep room, etc.)
- Bereavement packages (send out to employees)
- Assist with ordering & organizing departmental supplies, materials, & swag
- Manage monthly department budget and expenses
- Manage employee turnover dashboards & analyze trends and key drivers
- Reply to FAQs on Slack
- Associate's degree is required, Bachelor's degree preferred
- Customer service experience (2 years)
- HR experience is a plus
- Deep sense of care, love, & energy in seeing coworkers improve
- High energy and loves giving praise to employees for their successes
- Ability to manage the ins & outs of a budget and ensure we’re staying within allotted amounts
- Ability to brainstorm creative ideas and design execution plans
- Ability to work efficiently in a high-paced environment, which includes weekly, monthly, & quarterly target deadlines
- Proficient with Windows-based computer systems, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Google Docs
- Ability to learn and work with proprietary software
- Amazing communication & organizational skills
