Facility and Fleet Worker (Part-Time, Hourly)
Reports to: Facility and Fleet Manager
Aptiv is a nonprofit, mission-driven organization supporting people with disabilities. We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on Facility and Fleet Worker to help keep our buildings, grounds, vehicles, and equipment safe, clean, and well maintained.
What You’ll Do
- Perform general facility and grounds work (cleaning, landscaping, snow removal, basic repairs)
- Assist with vehicle upkeep and scheduled maintenance
- Respond to maintenance requests and daily operational needs
- Maintain tools, supplies, and equipment
- Follow safety guidelines and supervisor direction
- Other duties as assigned
What We’re Looking For
- Dependable and able to follow directions
- Comfortable using basic tools and small equipment
- Works well with coworkers and supervisors
Nice to Have
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Maintenance, facilities, or vehicle experience
- Skills in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, or vehicle repair
Schedule & Work Environment
- Part-time, hourly
- Work may be indoors, outdoors, or in community locations
- Regular travel between locations using a company or personal vehicle
