Role: D365 Architect

Location: Malvern, PA (Hybrid – 3 days per week onsite)

Duration: 11 months

Job Responsibilities

• Architect, design, and deliver enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Establish and govern architecture standards, integration approaches, and security frameworks.
• Lead technical design workshops and provide direction to development and delivery teams.
• Ensure CRM solutions are scalable, high-performing, and aligned with industry best practices.
• Provide expert guidance to development teams, ensuring quality, performance, and adherence to best practices
• Partner with business stakeholders to ensure CRM architecture supports strategic and operational objectives.
• Define CRM strategy and architecture aligned with enterprise goals and industry best practices.
• Guide development teams in customization, configuration, integration, and deployment using Power Platform, Dataverse, and Azure Services.
• Ensure solution performance, scalability, and data consistency across systems.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 10-12 years of experience designing and implementing CRM solutions, with a strong focus on Dynamics 365.
• Deep expertise across Dynamics 365 modules, Power Platform, and Azure services.
• Strong understanding of integration patterns, APIs, and data migration strategies.
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Solution Architect Expert preferred.
• Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
