📍 Location: Cary, NC 27513 (Onsite)
⏳ Duration: 3–6 Months Contract
🕒 Work Schedule
- Monday–Friday: 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM
- Rotating Saturday shift: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM every 6–8 weeks
- When scheduled on a Saturday, you’ll receive a weekday off (Tue/Wed/Thu/Fri)
🏢 Work Arrangement
- Onsite for the first 90 days
- Potential transition to a hybrid schedule (2 days onsite, 3 days remote) based on performance and attendance

- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Strong basic problem-solving abilities
- Ability to type 35 WPM
- Minimum 1 year experience in a fast-paced, high-volume call center

📌 Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for incoming customer calls, addressing non-clinical questions such as order status or billing details.
- Make and receive calls to coordinate prescription deliveries, payments, and ensure customer profiles remain accurate.
- Resolve inquiries directly when possible or route calls to the appropriate teams for quick follow-up.
- Document call updates clearly so other team members can easily review case status.
- Use internal systems to answer questions about refills, shipment status, insurance verification, and invoice requests.
- Address patient concerns during refill scheduling and escalate clinical questions to pharmacists or nurses when needed.
- Monitor, identify, and report any adverse events or product complaints to ensure patient safety.
- Support additional tasks as needed based on team or program workflow.
