🚨 Hiring: Lead IT Asset Management Administrator / Systems Administrator
📍 Location: Irving, TX (Flexible – Onsite/Hybrid/Remote)
⏳ Contract: 12 Months
💰 Rate: $60/hr on W2 (This is W2 contract position)
We are looking for an experienced IT Asset Management professional with strong expertise in end-user hardware lifecycle management, vendor coordination, inventory governance, and budgeting/forecasting.
🔹 What You’ll Be Doing:
• Manage the complete lifecycle of IT hardware assets including procurement, deployment, refresh, redeployment, and retirement
• Partner with vendors and internal teams to maintain inventory levels and support hardware demand forecasting
• Drive hardware deployment and refresh initiatives across the organization
• Track inventory accuracy, compliance, and reporting metrics
• Support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and hardware spend planning
• Collaborate with IT, Finance, Procurement, Security, and Operations teams
• Improve and streamline asset management workflows and processes
🔹 Required Experience:
• 7 years in IT Asset Management, Hardware Asset Management, or Systems Administration
• Strong understanding of end-user hardware lifecycle processes and inventory management
• Experience handling vendor relationships, forecasting, and stock management
• Proven experience managing IT hardware deployment projects
• Strong reporting, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking
🔹 Preferred Tools & Skills:
• ServiceNow, SCCM, Intune, JAMF
• Advanced Excel/reporting tools
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects in fast-paced environments
🎓 Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field preferred. PMP/ITIL certifications are a plus.
