Cyber Security Lead

We are looking for an experienced Cyber Security Lead to oversee daily security operations, provide strategic security leadership, and strengthen our overall cyber resilience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead day-to-day cybersecurity operations, including SOC oversight, vulnerability management, incident readiness, and risk prioritization.
• Collaborate with client security, IT, infrastructure, network, IAM, and application teams to drive timely remediation of security risks.
• Review security dashboards, monitor critical controls, validate patching progress, and manage security exceptions and change approvals.
• Provide technical leadership across Security Architecture, IAM, GRC, SOC, Threat Intelligence, Firewall Security, and Vulnerability Management.
• Drive cybersecurity projects, security planning, policy implementation, audit readiness, and compliance initiatives.
• Manage security vendors and SOC partners, ensuring SLA adherence and continuous service improvement.
• Develop security metrics, executive reports, incident response plans, tabletop exercises, and cybersecurity awareness programs.
• Stay current with emerging cyber threats and recommend proactive security controls and improvements.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in cybersecurity operations, security governance, and risk management.
• Hands-on knowledge of SIEM, EDR, Vulnerability Management, IAM, SOC operations, and incident response.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams and provide strategic security guidance.
