Customer Service Representative (Remote | Fort Worth, TX)
We are hiring Customer Service Representatives for a healthcare support role with multiple openings. This is a remote opportunity with occasional onsite visits and strong potential for full-time conversion.
Location:
Fort Worth, TX (Remote – occasional onsite 2–3 times/year)
Duration:
6 Months (Contract-to-Hire potential)
Work Schedule:
- Monday – Friday: 8:00 AM – 7:00 PM (CST)
- Saturday: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (CST)
- Must be flexible within:
- Weekdays: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM (CT)
- Weekends: 8:00 AM – 6:30 PM (CT)
About the Role:
You will be the first point of contact for customers needing assistance with pharmacy-related claims and services. This role involves handling inquiries via phone and email while ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound customer inquiries (phone/email) related to pharmacy claims and services
- Document interactions, issues, and resolutions accurately in the system
- Follow up on open cases to ensure timely resolution
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams
- Stay updated on processes, tools, and service changes
Requirements:
- Prior experience in customer service or call center environment
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls daily
- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM tools
- Comfortable working flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Salary : $18 - $20
