 GenAI Software Engineer (Senior) 

The Mission

We need a hands-on developer who moves fast and breaks barriers using the latest AI tools. You are the type of developer who feels "slow" without GitHub Copilot or Cursor. In this role, you won't just build features; you will utilize GenAI to accelerate development, automate comprehensive testing suites, and streamline deployment.

Core Responsibilities

• High-Velocity Development: Deliver production-grade code in .NET Core or Python at a rapid pace by leveraging AI development assistants (Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, Claude Code, Codex) effectively.
• Automated Quality Assurance: Use GenAI to generate test cases (Unit, Integration, E2E), write mock data generators, and analyze code for security vulnerabilities before it hits the repo.
• Ops & Deployment: Script infrastructure-as-code (Terraform/Bicep) and deployment workflows, using AI to optimize configurations and troubleshoot deployment logs.

Requirements

• Experience: 5 years of hands-on software development experience. (Years are less critical than AI-native adaptability).
• Tech Stack: Strong proficiency in .NET Core or Python. You write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• GenAI Enthusiast: You don't just "use" AI; you understand context engineering, spec-driven development, and how to use AI for refactoring legacy code. You are constantly experimenting with new AI dev tools.
• Agile Adaptability: Extreme comfort with ambiguity. You can pick up a new library or framework in a morning and ship a prototype by the afternoon.
• Testing Mindset: A strong belief that "if it isn't tested, it doesn't exist," coupled with the knowledge of how to use AI to make writing tests less painful and more thorough.
