About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Architect with a strong focus on AI enablement to join our Technology team. This role offers the opportunity to work on cutting-edge Salesforce projects, implement the latest AI technologies using Agentforce, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative environment. You will be at the forefront of innovation, helping to shape the future of Salesforce architecture and AI-driven CRM enhancements at Aptean.

You will:

• Design scalable, efficient Salesforce solutions that maximize platform capabilities and follow best practices

• Architect and develop solutions using Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) and other tools such as Apex and Flows

• Drive the implementation of AI-driven solutions using Agentforce, including intelligent automation and predictive analytics

• Design and implement integrations between Salesforce and other systems, developing robust API strategies

• Lead the adoption of CI/CD practices and comprehensive QA processes across projects

• Rapidly identify and resolve bugs, and review code developed by junior team members and contractors

• Stay current with AI advancements, particularly within the Salesforce ecosystem and Agentforce capabilities

• Create and maintain technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and system interaction models to support ongoing innovation and third-party development efforts

You will also:

• Leverage tools like GitHub to accelerate innovation and streamline development timelines

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the continuous improvement of our Salesforce platform and integrations

• Optimize existing integrations for enhanced performance, scalability, and maintainability

About you

You are an experienced Salesforce professional who combines strong technical expertise with a forward-thinking, innovative mindset. You are passionate about blending traditional Salesforce architecture with cutting-edge AI technologies and have the ability to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

You must also be:

• Highly skilled with 7 years of experience in Salesforce development and architecture

• Proficient in Salesforce Lightning Platform development, including Apex and LWC

• Experienced with Salesforce Data Cloud for unified customer data management

• Well-versed in integration platforms, API technologies, and system architecture best practices

• A proven implementer of AI solutions within Salesforce, preferably using Agentforce

• Familiar with CI/CD and DevOps best practices within Salesforce environments

• A holder of Salesforce Certified System Architect or Application Architect certification and Salesforce Certified Platform Developer II certification

Preferred qualifications include:

• Experience with machine learning and natural language processing in CRM contexts

• Knowledge of ethical AI development and implementation practices

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices

• Extensive experience with Agentforce’s capabilities and integration tools
