We are seeking reliable and experienced Furniture Delivery Drivers to join our team for out-of-town delivery routes. This role requires professionalism, strong driving skills, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Job Overview
As an Out-of-Town Furniture Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for transporting and delivering furniture safely to customers across various regions, including the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic. This role involves long-distance travel, overnight stays, and working closely with a delivery partner to complete routes efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Drive a box truck to complete scheduled delivery routes
- Travel out of town to locations throughout the Midwest and Mid-Atlantic regions
- Safely load, transport, and deliver furniture to customers
- Provide white glove service, including placement and setup when required
- Inspect items before and after delivery for quality and accuracy
- Communicate effectively with customers via phone, text, and email
- Follow all company procedures and delivery protocols
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the vehicle
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Strong understanding of commercial driving restrictions and rules of the road
- Experience driving box trucks
- Prior furniture delivery and customer service experience required
- Must be phone savvy (comfortable with texting, calling, and emailing customers)
- Ability to lift and move heavy furniture safely
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliable, punctual, and professional

- Hotel accommodations and gas expenses are covered during out-of-town routes
- Must be comfortable with extended travel and overnight stays
- Schedule may vary based on delivery routes

Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
