Job Description
- :*** is seeking an experienced Subcontract Administrator III to join our Supply Chain Management (SCM) team in support of New Product Integration. In this contract role, you will own the full procurement lifecycle—from sourcing through delivery—while partnering closely with Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to ensure materials, components, and services are delivered on time and to specification

Responsibilitie
s:Manage cradle-to-grave procurement activities, including sourcing, quoting, negotiating, placing, and closing out purchase orders and subcontract
- s.Support New Product Integration (NPI) within SCM, ensuring new components and suppliers are successfully introduced into the supply bas
- e.Execute purchasing activities for hardware, components, materials, and services in support of program need
- s.Proactively follow up and track open orders, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules to mitigate risk and prevent shortage
- s.Serve as an embedded member of cross-functional Integrated Product Teams (IPTs), representing SCM and driving procurement strategy aligned to program objective
- s.Develop and maintain strong supplier relationships, managing performance, escalations, and corrective actions as neede
- d.Negotiate terms, conditions, pricing, and delivery to achieve best value while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedure
- s.Maintain accurate records, documentation, and reporting throughout the procurement lifecycl
- e.Identify and drive continuous improvement opportunities within the procurement proces

Minimum Qualificatio
ns:Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experienc
- e).5 years of progressive experience in subcontract administration, procurement, or purchasi
